Customizable Plate Type Heat Exchangers

A plate-type heat exchanger is an excellent solution for heating up or cooling down liquids quickly and efficiently. The plates in the exchanger provide a large surface area on which the heat transfer process can take place, which significantly increases the rate at which temperature change takes place. We Also Stock Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers

Scraped-surface models do not allow liquid to linger on their heating surfaces, unlike plate-type exchangers. Instead, a continual scraping action removes the liquid as it is heated, minimizing build-up by allowing fresh liquid to flow over the heating surfaces. Scraped-surface heat exchangers work well on viscous products or those where a degree of cooling (or crystallization) is required as part of the processing operation.
